C.E. Lindgren's success with plastic mattings for ski jump hills and sledge slopes has encouraged us to develop a suitable matting for downhill skiing and snowboarding. EVERSLIDE Alpine is a completely new product. It was designed according to the demands of todays skiers and snowboarders.
The properties of the EVERSLIDE Alpine surface correspond fully to the surface of a snow-covered slope. The dense layer of bristles on the surface of the elements gives a very realistic feeling of skiing on coarse-grained snow. The dense bristle layer also reduces the risk of injury in case of falling.
The EVERSLIDE Alpine surfaces make it possible to use skiing slopes all year round. Now it is also possible to build ski centres in snowless climates.
Inconsistent snow conditions complicate the operations of many ski resorts. The primary problem areas are the loading and unloading zones for the ski lifts as well as other high traffic areas where the snow melts. By covering these areas with EVERSLIDE Alpine the season can be prolonged.

The size of the EVERSLIDE Alpine elements is 0,85 m * 0,85 m. The standard colour is white. Other colours are available on request. The weight of one element is 8,0 kg.
The base plate is HD polyethene and the bristle material either polypropylene (EVERSLIDE Alpine standard) or polyester (EVERSLIDE Alpine durable).
For snowboarding we recommend the durable version.
If the lift tracks are a part of the slope itself, it is usually covered with regular EVERSLIDE Alpine elements. For lift tracks that are situated apart from the slope, we supply a special element, EVERSLIDE Lift Track. The size of an EVERSLIDE Lift Track element is 0.85 m * 1.20 m.
An integrated misting system for the EVERSLIDE Alpine is available from August 2000.
We can provide EVERSLIDE Alpine elements with detailed logotypes or texts. They are produced by using bristles in different colours. The hill can be a very visible and valuable advertising space for the sponsors and co-operation partners of the ski centre.
Even the whole slope can be covered with elements in several colours forming a logo, picture or pattern. Beginners´ areas can be separated from the other areas by using a different surface colour.
The EVERSLIDE Team at C.E. Lindgren will assist you with the planning and design including the layout, the choice of inclinations, substructure and sprinkling or misting system. We will also help you in finding the right colours and design for the slope surface.
We can provide you with a preliminary design plan with layout drawings. All you need to do is to send us the general dimensions of the ski slope. A map of the area, preferably with altitude contours will significantly help the planning.
The EVERSLIDE Alpine elements are designed to interlock. They are fastened to the wood or concrete substructure with screws or anchor bolts. The elements can also be installed on a solid and compacted natural ground with a fastening net.
The installation is very simple. No skilled people or special tools are needed. The installation instructions are available on this site.
By special agreement, we are also prepared to send one of our technicians to supervise the starting of the installation and thus ensure the correct operation of your EVERSLIDE products.
