Some years ago C.E. Lindgren introduced the EVERSLIDE ski jumping hill concept also for covering sledding slopes for children in water parks, sports resorts and family entertainment centres. The EVERSLIDE surface makes sledding possible all year round - or what is even more important - it makes sledding possible even in snowless climates.
The main feature of the EVERSLIDE surface is that you can experience the same gliding performance, speed and feeling that you have on natural snow in wintertime.
EVERSLIDE sledding slopes have superior characteristics when compared to other artificial sledding surfaces. The properties of the EVERSLIDE surface fully correspond to the surface of a snow-covered slope.
Concrete is the best substructure for installing EVERSLIDE plastic mattig systems for sledding slopes. The system can also be installed on a wooden substructure or on an compacted and solid natural ground.
A polyethene foam mat with closed cells is placed on the substructure. This makes the installation flexible. The mat has a thickness of 20 mm and a density of 28 kg/m3. A polypropylene fastening net in placed on the foam mat. The mesh size of the net is 65 x 65 mm.
The net and the foam mat are fastened to the substructure with a galvanized steel band and anchor bolts or screws. The elements and the safety plates are then fastened to the net with cable ties. The safety plate included in all EVERSLIDE deliveries prevents the sledder´s hands from getting caught into the fastening net.
EVERSLIDE sledge slope elements are made of polypropylene. The size is 0,5 m * 1 m. The standard colours are green, red, blue and white. Other colours are available on request. The weight of one element is 3,0 kg, including the safety plate.
We also provide EVERSLIDE slopes with logotypes or texts. They are produced by using elements in different colours. The slope can thus be used as advertising space. Even the whole slope can be covered with elements in several colours forming a logo, picture or pattern.
The plastic sledges are included in our delivery.

We can give you tips on the layout, the choice of inclinations, the quantity of EVERSLIDE products needed as well as the substructure and sprinkling system. We can also help you in finding the right colours and design for your slope surface.
We can provide you with a preliminary design plan with layout drawings. All you need to do is to send us the general dimensions of your slope. A map of the area, preferably with altitude contours will significantly help the planning.
The installation of the EVERSLIDE products is very simple to do, no skilled people or special tools are needed. The installation instructions are available on this site.
By special agreement, we are also prepared to send one of our technicians to supervise the starting of the installation and thus ensure the correct operation of your EVERSLIDE products.
